As of 1st February we will no longer action requests sent to the old Parsonage email, from outside the NHS.   

  • This has been decided by the Doctors in order to protect our patient's personal data, increase efficiency  and minimise errors.

  • You can contact us by either clicking on the Contact Us link on our website. This is in the top right hand corner of the website. This will open another page on the website, where you can send us a message.

  • You can call us on 01580 211241 / 211421 our telephone lines are open 08:00-18:30 to book telephone consultation appointments with one of the GP’s or an appointment with our practice nurse.

  •  For REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS you can post your request through the letterbox at the surgery, submit a request through the repeat prescription link on our website –this can be accessed by clicking on our rooms, repeat prescriptions, how to order, and other ways to order- click on ‘SECURE ONLINE FORM’. You can also sign up for online access, which will not only allow you to order repeat prescriptions but also make appointments and view your medical records.

  • To sign up for online services, click on the ‘Patient Access’ link in the top right hand corner of the website.  This will take you to an application form; once you have completed the application form you can drop it into the surgery with some form of photo ID.
  •  We recommend patients to sign up to: myGP for online access. This works with the NHS app which may not require patients to complete a paper application form.
  •  
  • For medical enquiries you can use ECONSULT, this is a pop up on our website or you can access this via myGP, which requires no ID verification to use this part of the service. You can ask about general problems, symptoms, or administration tasks.  These consultations go directly to the Doctors who will contact you directly.
